Good course for pre-med (still now quite sure if i am gonna pursue/finish med school fully)

Hello everyone! i am an incoming grade 12 student. I will be taking CET's this year, and was just wondering what would be the better pre-med course (asking for recommendations/advice) am currently choosing between Med-tech and Rad-tech! in addition i was wondering what would good colleges to apply for, as of this day, I am gonna be taking the entrance exams of: UP,PUP,UST,OLFU,FEU,PLM perhaps more or less depending on the future. as for my statement in the title, the course/degree i will be taking is more of a safety net of sorts if i dont pass med school to ensure that i have a job in the future if i do fail, finally for my last question would it better to take the licensure exam for the course i will be taking and then start med school or just start med school immediately after college
