Yellow sign on instrument panel

What does the yellow light with the image of a lamp on the Corris Rivett dashboard mean? This light goes off at high speeds. Everything is attached, screwed, and perfectly adjusted. All engine parts are new (I purchased all the parts for a major repair from Fleetari). All technical fluids are filled.
