Bones vibrating?!

I just woke up, lately I’ve been having long term and super bad migraines which I don’t typically get. Also had my last on a free days ago.

A lot of strange things happen with lupus that make us feel we are probably actually an alien but I JUST woke up, and it feels like my bones are VIBRATING! Or like I’m being shocked but without the pain.

Not sure if it’s related to the migraines but has anyone ever had that sensation???
