New firmware update made sticks and triggers only work with stops on Valor pro wired

I downloaded the firmware for valor pro and my sticks stopped working along with triggers. Everything is default in the app. Tried finding a way to factory reset the controller yet it still has the same issue. Anyone have this issue?
