28 F (me) 29 M (him)
This evening, told my partner something that has been on my mind for a while. We were having dinner outside, straight after the gym. Instead of listening me out, his whole face changed (scary like he hated me in that moment) and he became immediately defensive. When asked how he’s feeling, he said he felt betrayed. It really hurt me cause why would a polite, friendly Asian woman like myself (Virgo) feel the need to “betray” her own partner. I had to leave the scene to pull myself tgt since my voice shook and I could feel myself crying. My mind thought, maybe it’s time for to breakup, but it hurts thinking about it since we’ve been together for almost 3 years now and I love this man (he’s my best friend & we share a lot of laughs tgt.) It isn’t the first time I needed to excuse myself so I can come back more composed. My goal in dating is marriage from the start and this man knows it. Do you guys think this man energy will compromise mine and vice versa? Because if it happens like he’s not my husband, I don’t want to prolong breaking up any longer.
