Why do you think that is?

I feel like girls these days look so much younger than their actual age. Like someone could be 22–23, but they don’t look that age at all. Even in my college, a lot of people could easily be mistaken for school students like 10th graders. Not in a bad way, just that they seem less grown somehow

You can see this with actresses from our generation too they don’t appear as mature as actresses of the same age did in the 90s.
