Silent Club 1st Spam Click Pattern

Was grinding silent club. Very consistent with the second spam. However, I still can't master the first spam. I have seen numerous completion videos where they do some sort of click pattern like double-click + click three times + double-click + spam. What's the most consistent manner of spamming when it comes to this part. Is it better to spam or do a click pattern?
