Asking for advice for career growth for next 5 yrs. Where to go next?

I am three yrs in my role and i manage people. I want to move laterally and handle a different team para magkaroon ng change of environment/people. Ayun nga lang, i think i will not be able be able to grab another role dahil sa basic ko. My supervisor is providing hints that i am near the ceiling of salary range.I have also compared acrosso other range of my same role outside the company. Hint: near 70k... in terms of skills: i am in the technical side and took trainings related to project management and i am also have experience facilitating trainings and have earned a certification related to investments. baka may advice po kayo? i still want to stay and grow in corporate for another 5 yrs or so. may slight hesitation to go up the ladder but may be willing to do so after a year (baka lang pag need or ready na talaga).. overall yrs of experience is 15.

may plan din po ako mag online freelance in the future but not in the near future.
