Urgent no motivation needed pls🙏

I 18M fucked up my prep in my drop year and am genuinely feeling guilty but I can't change my past. I have done quite a few chapters in pcm but none in bio( i revised last time in my 12th boards). according to my calculations and current speed I would complete most of the important pcm chapters with ample amount of questions practice by may 1st week. also I will buy a test series for iat and give mocks for pcm while I prepare my bio.

my questions are-

1. what are the most important sections that I need to cover in bio to boost my score my 20-30 marks

2. realistically speaking if I study like this for 2 months would I even get a IISER/iit?

3. if no then I would shift my concern and give cuet/private btech coll entrance instead.

4. has anyone ever got exceptional marks by studying for 2months?

5. what's the level of pcm asked is it jee mains level or jee advance or inbetween??

6. for practice instead of doing doo should I solve mains and iat and kvpy pyqs??

I need raw clearcut answers. Your personal suggestion would also help🙏
