My cat has not come back home in 2 days .

I keep a stray in my house that used to come daily till yesterday. She used to stay 10 hours in my room just playing and sleeping around. She used to wait outside my door for me , now no where to be seen . Has this happened with anybody else? What can I possibly do in this situation?
