IW7 crashes about 10-20 minutes in game (zombies)

Hi im on IW7 on a legit version of the game. Im playing with a friend of mine and after some time the game completely freezes, blackscreens and crashes. It happens every single time and idk why this is happening. I have IW and IW7 with the window optimizations disabled and still crashes. Idk what to do anymore someone help pls.

The error i get is DirectX suffered an irreparable error. And also an AMD detected and outdated time of waiting from your driver. (i have drivers up to date, so does windows)

The game on steam without the iw7 mod works fine.

Specs:

RX9070

i7 9700k

32gb ram

Also for context i have overclock but this issue only happens with iw7
