does anyone else literally lose intelligence when you're happy?

I'm high.

But.....I noticed that I can access real joy when my logic shuts up and I stop trying to understand things and then I feel them. but it's only because it's safe. that's why I'm happy. because I feel safe and my logic is safe to turn off.
