Qanba Sapphire Art (help)

Hi! my controller is arriving next week (excited!!!). Does anyone have the custom art template/layout for the Qanba Sapphire? I truly understand that we all need to support our custom-makers & printers. I want to firstly my custom art then pay for holo-printing but I can't seem to find any blank template to draw on. I'm trying to do a concept and I really need to have the guide where are the holes at.
