Anyone here worked at Invenco by GVR / Vontier India? Need honest feedback before joining?

Hi everyone,

I’m about to join Invenco by GVR (a Vontier company) in India and wanted to get some real experiences from people who have worked there recently.

If you’ve been part of GVR / Invenco / Vontier India, could you please share:

•	How is the work culture?

•	Is the work-life balance good?

•	How are the managers and leadership?

•	What about growth opportunities?

•	Are the perks and benefits actually worth it?

•	Anything I should be aware of before joining?

I’ve seen mixed reviews online, so direct experience from people here would help a lot.

Thanks in advance
