Wrecked after race = patience lost

Saved up so much money to buy my first PC and commit to a year of iracing, currently license D trying to fast track to C. Just pulled an all nighter to grind SR and try to get a higher license and as I’m one clean race away from promotion some doofus decides to intentionally wreck me (after we cross the finish line) thus bringing my SR down to the point where I probably need 2-3 clean races now to get promoted. Went from 3.98 to 3.87 due to someone being salty. I’ve been playing less than a month and I can say I hate this no fault system. I barely have time to play and it seems like I can barely enjoy a clean race. I don’t think the iRacing world is out to get me but I’ve been intentions wreck more on here than LMU and this is supposed to be “true simulator”. I do my part to let faster drivers pass, give space, avoid sketchy situations, and try not to be aggressive with OTs but these rookie/D class drivers are really something else.

PS I usually place top 10, have a few podiums, and my irating is 1.7. I’m not fast but I like to think I’m average. Before anyone assumes I’m a total noob came from a year on ACC and I have a gold SR/silver DR in LMU (from about 1-2 months playing)

Just ranting because I know I can’t be the only one who deals with this. Don’t take my complaining too serious and call the wahmbulance
