Burning Springs is not for lvl 30

who the hell thought it would be a good idea to unlock Burning Springs once you reach lvl 30?

I recently reached lvl 30 and have a Perception build that can pretty much take down most of the enemies right now in 1-2 hits. so when I got the quest to check out Ohio I thought "Why not, might be a bit more challenging but the base game isn't really challenging right now. Plus I get to meet the Ghoul!"

well I got my challenge. maybe a bit too much of it. the Deathclaw Matriarch in the Rust King's arena was a bullshit challenge at this level. I could dump a 60 round mag from my 10mm smg in it and it would barely scratch it. I wasted all my ammo for multiple weapons and died about 10 times before I could bring down that thing.

and once I stepped out into the wasteland I immediately encountered 2 deathclaws of lvl 75
