moving USB installation into NVMe partition

was testing bazzite from a USB for about a week, and i've already logged into all my accounts and set up almost everything in the USB, and redoing all that in the new NVMe partition i created will take another 3 days or so, so is there a way to like, clone the bazzite contents from my USB into the new NVMe partition i created?
