Post BH Pre Ascension. What else is good to do in preparation?

I have been to evil, antimatter and now I'm in heavy. Currently aiming for heavyweight champ at 3* while farming phage and plasmids off the prestige bonus in here. My goal rn is to work up my mastery in heavy so I can farm 4*s in here for the most benefits on my bioseeds and get all the crispr upgrades I currently can. Also all those 4* runs will increase my general and heavy mastery and I can focus on races with good traits for my custom so I can raise the rank of said traits. Micro is easy to play in but gives less rewards but it may still be worth visiting briefly in 4* because the universe specific achievements give normal general mastery to the best of my knowledge. Is this a good plan so far? What else should I throw in?

I have about 99% general mastery and 88% in Heavy, 2100 anti-plasmids, 480 phage and 2700 plasmids. I did joyless and steelen 3* and I've also completed euthanasia. Are any other challenges/scenarios worth doing before ascending? Also when roughly should I do each challenge/scenario?

I'm probably gonna 3* my Ascension in heavy so it isn’t too bad but I get a bit more payout from some challenge genes and the universe giving extra crystals.

I hated the playstyle of antimatter because I'm an active player who checks in every 2-5 minutes while watching TV and I like min-maxing a queue. So in antimatter my game state barely felt like it was changing whenever I looked over. The Valdi were my first and currently only 4* but doing that MAD was not as bad as I thought and that was pre store 4 and anti-plasmids plus all the bleed crispr. With all the bonuses I now have is it worth starting 4* bioseeds before getting 3* heavyweight champ so I get it at 4* off the bat or do I need heavyweight 3* to even attempt a 4* heavy bioseed?
