DXMdirect issue?

I made an order late last week and I haven’t had any confirmation/tracking on my emails. On the site it confirmed the order but I can’t find anything on my email notifications. I was thinking maybe because it’s Easter week they aren’t doing orders. I’ve emailed them and no response. I am also based in the UK
