New player from BBGM - Questions

hey all BBGM player and IRL hockey fan, just giving ZenGM hockey a proper go beyond a quick sim. A couple beginner questions for the community:

- How do power plays work in this game? is there a power play line? or a penalty kill line?

- Is there a player archetype that you’ve seen consistently succeed? I started the league with two Centers over 90ovr but surprisingly neither were even all stars!

- Which attributes and stats do you look for in a good defensemen? I try to use point shares but there isn’t a “point shares per 60min” so it’s a bit tough to gather whether a 3rd liner is actually playing well

- How do you approach trading?
