Any hope?

6 week 3 days ultrasound they only saw a gestational sac measuring .8x .91 cm. The nurse is preparing me for loss, but said to come back Tuesday for repeat scan with my doctor this time.

Some context :

I transferred a frozen day 6 3AB embryo (not hatching) PGTA normal

HCG levels:

9dpt :36.28

11dpt:130

13dpt 348

On my first beta they said to be cautiously optimistic because they want to see 50, but my next two numbers caught up. I also have a very retroverted uterus- so I don’t know if we could see everything— during the scan it was quite uncomfortable.

I’ve already cried so much bc this looks like a blighted ovum.. not sure if there’s any hope?
