In doubt over QRevo S5A and Saros 10R with water refill and drainage. Can I use detergent or other product with 10R?

I already have a QRevo S and like it a lot. My mom is taking this so I want to buy a new one. I‘m in doubt now between the QRevo S5A (which is the evolution of my old one) and Saros 10R with water refill. Since the other features from both robots are quite the same, except for the lidar from 10R, I‘m really interested in the water refill feature. However I‘m not sure if there‘s any way to include detergent or something similar in the water from 10R (since there‘s no reservoir).

Yes, I do use a specific detergent (without foam and etc.) in my QRevo S, it really helps in the mop and I never had any problem. And I do want to use with the next one also, so if there‘s no way to include that in 10R I‘m not buying it. Does anyone have experience with it and could help me with that?
