[Hiring] Remote - Assistant with Tech Background (40-50/hr)

I'm building a small remote team and looking for someone sharp, professional, and easy to talk to.

I need a remote assistant with strong professional English communication skills who is comfortable around tech. The role involves professional communication tasks - think phone calls, video meetings, and interviews on behalf of our team.

The scope of the role is flexible and will depend on your strengths and experience.

You're a great fit if you:

  • Have strong verbal communication skills and professional fluency in English
  • Have some background in programming, computer science, or tech in general (you don't need to be an engineer - but you should be able to hold a conversation about technical topics without getting lost)
  • Are reliable, self-motivated, and professional on calls
  • Have your own computer, headset, and stable internet

Students & recent grads - yes, this means you too. If you're currently studying computer science, IT, engineering, or any related field, I'd love to hear from you. What matters most is that you're articulate, reliable, and pick things up fast.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in interviewing, recruiting, or any client-facing role
  • Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, or Notion
  • A background working with or around technical teams
  • Coursework or projects in CS, software engineering, or data (students - this counts)

Compensation: $40-50/hr depending on experience. Equity may also be offered depending on experience and role fit. No additional benefits offered at this time.

Hours: Flexible - part-time and class-friendly schedules are totally fine. We'll figure out the right arrangement together.

Location: Remote(US)
