Scared of being exposed

hi im 16 years old and 36 weeks pregnant, my boyfriend just mentioned all the people that will come and go while I'm giving birth and that scares me to deth, thinking about all those people looking at my private area. please tell me that I won't care when I'm actually in labor😅
