Factory Stacking PSA

Hey guys,

I had no idea about this until today so I figured I'd share. Each successive building of a certain type in a province incurs a penalty of 1000 construction cost. That means, for example, that by your 7th military factory in a tile it will take twice as long to build! I used to just max build as many factories in my highest infrastructure provinces as I could but I figured out that building your first civilian factory in a 70% infrastructure province is faster than building your fifth factory in 100% infrastructure province. So spread those factories out!

Sidenote: Seems like this should be effected by concentrated industry but it's not. Would be nice so you could actually concentrate your industry with less of a debuff.
