How to remove an account I have no access to anymore?

I have this account that got hacked when I was about 17. It was my personal spam and has pictures of my journal entries and I am mortified that it is still up and whoever hacked it made it public when it was originally private. I don’t have the email, or password. I have tried everything multiple times and nothing seems to work. Can someone please help me.
