First 3 months of nexplanon (advice needed)

I got nexplanon coming up to 3 months ago now and have been bleeding ever since. It started off as a typical period with no pain whatsoever and then for about a month it turned into a foul smelling brown discharge. (The discharge smelt like cabbage and rotten blood). And then around a month ago I’ve had a consistent period ever since which a healthy colour and flow.

I’m so sick of it now and want to know if anyone’s had a similar experience and what your advice would be. I don’t know whether to leave it a little longer and hope it stops and get it removed.

Other than the non stop period it’s been great, I don’t get bad mood swings anymore and if anything it’s helped me loose weight rather than gain it.
