iOS my acc was hacked?

I posted something on my old acc and my ex in no contact with responded to it. I messaged him asking why and next thing I know I get an email for a password reset. I ignore it. Then my acc logs me out and I get an email saying password was successfully changed. I tried changing it back but it won’t send me any emails and I can’t even find the acc anymore so I think he deleted it?? Is there anything I can do to get that acc back?
