Hicham Boudaoui played 90 minutes with OGC Nice against RC Strasbourg (3-1), in a match quickly lost by his team.

Match Statistics:

• 36/39 successful passes (92%)
• 3/3 long passes (100%)
• 4 tackles / 7 recoveries / 1 interception
• 6 passes in the final third
• 5/10 ground duels won (50%)

Clean in ball circulation, he was technically solid and tried to maintain some semblance of control in midfield.

But offensively, it was a void: no shots, no real influence, little presence in the box, and ineffective dribbles.

Defensively, however, he was one of the few to step up, multiplying efforts and recoveries in a tough context.

In the end

A gutsy performance in an overwhelmed team. Serious and combative, but too limited offensively to turn the tide.

Boudaoui did his part… but Nice sank collectively.
