Missing Easter service for a migraine

I always try to go because it means a lot to my mom when I go on Easter. However, this weekend has not been kind to my head. Unfortunately my migraines correlate with hormone shifts during certain cycles. I can also feel disoriented with barometric pressure shifts. So I kind of know in advance. However, we are having a huge family dinner for Easter. Which is all fun until you feel like garbage and want to sleep all day.
