Being proposed to as an ex muslim by muslims

I am still young but i am thinking about my future. I am not trying to act popular lol but if more than one muslim man proposes to me through my family, how easy or hard would it be to reject him solely because of the difference of our beliefs?

I am not hater but I dont want to marry a Muslim, especially when I cant tell them I am an ex Muslim.

But if we imagine a scenario in which atleast 2 men proposed to me and one was saudi and rich, how can I just say I dont want him? Wont my family suspect me of having a secret? I heard some parents assume you lost virginity that's why you are avoiding marriage
