I think my DPH addiction caused me to have two seizures

I've been taking this for WAY TOO LONG. I originally took it for sleep but then during the day as well bc it feels good and makes me happy.

I take usually 350mg at once and maybe 3 times a day

In 2021sh I started having a weird thing happen that was super intense Déjà vu but kinda felt good. I'd go blank and not be able to answer anyone and then afterwards I could couldnt remember right before or during the episode.

This went on for YEARS and sometime in 2024 I noticed it hadn't happened in awhile

Then it happened in Sep and a min or so after, I got a huge black burning looking circle in my vision. I told my bf I couldn't see. He came over and held me and I had my eyes closed and kept looking to the right and then went unconscious. He said I kept trying to look behind me

In Feb I was sitting on the floor with my 5yo and she said I started pointing and looking up at the ceiling and then went unconscious

I know it could be something else but I'm 99% sure it's from my diphenhydramine addiction 😭
