Ultimate Edition Question

I'm new to this so I humbly ask to be Respectful.

For context: I posted this and a lot of you guys pointed out that I should buy the Ultimate Edition so that's why I'm making this post.

I already have the Game and the Courier's Stash and I'm planning to buy the Bundle so that leads to my Question: Will the game and the DLC that I bought deducts the price of the bundle or I still need to pay the Full price with or without buying the Game and the DLC.

And yes I already googled it and nothing comes out.
