Buyer keeps buying my items and then requesting a refund

Strange one, someone keeps buying my items and then requesting a refund with message ‘bought by mistake’

The first one the initial purchase is pending and the refund has been processed so I’m currently £15 down.

Is this normal? Or are they up to something?
