Triple citizenship

My mother is American. She is eligible for Canadian citizenship (through her maternal grandma) and Irish citizenship (through her paternal grandma). She wants to apply for both citizenships. Can she? Will her Irish one be revoked if she applies for Canadian citizenship after? I thought I read here that Irish citizenship is revoked if you naturalize elsewhere after. If so, what is she does Canadian first?
