Lost credits

I like Claude, and I generally like Anthropic. However I had an issue. I was paying for Max through Google play like a fool at 125 a month. didn't know it would be 100 a month through anthropics website. so I canceled Google, then waited for it to end so I could change billing to Anthropic directly. well my 171 dollars in extra usage credits are gone and apparently not able to be recovered, moved, and according to anthropics help desk Al agent, they cannot even issue new ones to my account.

This is bullshit. I'm pissed off and just wanted to vent and let anyone else considering this move be aware.
