Playing GOW: Ragnarok for the first time, and uhh. is there any way to make certain UI elements smaller?

20 minutes in and i'm already irritated by the size of things like the subtitles, the resource popups (e.g XP gained, hacksilver) etc. i've done a quick search online and i've found multiple posts on here, steam and other places, yet not one single mod or anything that actually fixes the complaints, weirdly enough.

also, not entirely related, but some UI elements (such as button/key prompts) are weirdly low-res - examples below
