VIP Tour Question

Looking at doing a VIP tour day on a future trip with a group of friends (approx. 7-8 people, all late 20s).

Wondering what is realistic/feasible during a standard VIP tour in one day (also can the length of time be extended, and is it worth it?)

My hope would be to do 3-4 headliners/staples at each park, with anything beyond that being bonus. As I said we are all mid-20s, with plenty of endurance for a lot of walking and a go-go-go itinerary. It would be not off season but not during a holiday or anything like that, so expecting average/standard crowds. My wife and I are also disney experts with multiple trips per year under our belt.
