Is this subreddit for Indians only?

Is this subreddit and all master's programs in Germany just for Indians? I haven't seen anyone from other nationalities here. Everyone who applied and got accepted is Indian. Is this what German universities understand by “diversity”: accepting Indians for 49 out of 50 seats? **Please don't take this offensively, I'm just curious because I haven't seen a single US citizen or Latin , or Japan, or African here, it is full of Indians. This subreddit is not helpful for non-Indian students. Please create one for non-Indian only or you guys should rename this group. Tired of seeing VFS Mumbai and APS things.
