Julian Build and Emblem

I'm currently trying to learn how to use Julian for both EXP Lane and Jungle. What builds do you recommend? Is Burst build okay, esp in EXP Lane? Since he is not as durable as other fighters. I also see most builds use Mage/Fighter Emblems for him instead of Assassin Emblem.
