Access file manager with a controller?

Hello. I just installed batocera on a pc thst I’ve had, but I only have a laptop, so I have no keyboard to use to set it up with bios or roms. Is there any way I can access the file manager via a controller? Hot keys or anything? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
