Is GPA Dynamic or Static ???

I am a fresher btw uwu.

My close friend told me that this time for Freshers they published the grades hurriedly without Paper seeing and Re-Evaluation.

So say in a Hypothetical situation, the Class Average goes Up of 2-3 marks after the re-eval because of some kind faculty and I barely got an A in that subject like only 1 mark above the boderline. Will my A be destroyed and the new grades will be updated showing B ???

Or it is like that once the grades are published it is static and will not change for us but for those who applied for re-eval
