How to improve player morale?

Ok so in my Man Utd career, Antony messaged me once saying he wanted more game time and I've started him almost every game and he's still only content. As for De Ligt and Shaw, they want game time but they're always bloody tired so I can't possibly start them, can I? They are both unhappy. How do I improve their morales?
