What Thermal Putty/thermal pads to Legion 5 Pro 16irx9 (2024 model with i7-14th gen and 4070)

I recently changed thermal paste to PTM 7950 and I want to get ready for thermal pads change, what dou you guys recommend? I heard that thermal putty is good but when I checked yt for some guides I saw a lot of different options. What will be the best for my model?
