Anyone dealt with baseless allegations to CPS?

Without going into too much detail, a family member who has been involuntarily committed to a state facility is repeatedly calling CPS for disgusting. clearly false allegations. obviously, we are cooperating every time they show up and every time they show up they are annoyed by the time they leave because they know that their time is being wasted.

We have acquired an injunction against the individual making the calls which states that he is not allowed to call us or authorities on behalf of the children because he is hours away in the facility he is in but the calls keep happening. has anyone dealt with us before? is there anything we can do?
