Why do people watch CocoMelon?

Or rather, why do they let their kids watch it. Official guidelines state that parents should choose shows that are low-paced and low stimuli. CocoMelon and some others are absolutely crazy when it comes to stimulating small children’s brains. I don’t understand, do people just don’t know the official guidelines or they dont believe them or they just don’t care?

On kids-show-guide.com it’s clearly rated as one of the worst and is in the red zone. It has 16 cuts per minute, very high sound intensity and very high visual intensity. All the things you’re supposed to avoid for developing children’s brains.

CocoMelon should be a show that’s wasting away because no one’s watching but instead it seems to be flourishing?!
