Weed in Lisbon?

Hi I’m traveling to Lisbon this week from Madrid, where I live. Here in madrid we use the app weed maps to find associations that sell but in Lisbon non appear. How is the usual way locals obtain? I’ve been a few times and I know I’ve seen people selling off the street, but not sure if I’d trust that unless someone vouches for its safety/quality.
