Do you believe Sammy will nerf Garama?

About 3 weeks ago during AA Sammy teased with the idea that he might nerf Garama. The Garama market collapsed, and it halved in price and has stayed there ever since.

The demand for Garamas have now regained and it's slowly becoming the "stable" currency it used to be, just with a lower price tag.

Does the community still believe it will be nerfed, or was it all just a little bit of teasing?
