Looking for anime with a character like Tamaki Suoh from Ouran Highschool Host Club

Just saw that today is the anime's 20th anniversary since release and it made me miss Tamaki so much. It also made me realize I haven't encountered a male character as dramatic and pure-hearted like him in a while so I could really use some recs. It doesn't necessarily have to be shoujo tho it would be nice if it is, any genre will do as long as it's interesting enough
