Is Denia’s Sig Important for Luuk?

I’m not sure if I’m understanding the importance of Denia’s kit in terms of herself or for Luuk compared to other weapons.

- 12% attack for herself.

- 36% Resonance Liberation for herself.

- 24% attack for allies.

I’m not sure how important that weapon is compared to just giving her one from the Standard Banner.
